Easter Dinner

This past Sunday was our Easter Kamikaze Dinner and it was a blast. I have a lot of friends who don’t have family in Nashville, plus my mom was in town so it was the perfect opportunity to show her what The Kamikaze Chef is all about! I wanted to do a Spring/Easter theme, which meant I tried to make dishes or incorporate typical ingredients that you’d find at an Easter dinner. I stocked up on fresh herbs and aromatics, as well as a small boneless ham, but other than that I was going to leave it up to my guests.
